These are all sites useful for finding out about your Congressional Delegation, and the issues they will be voting on.

Web Sites U.S. Congress and issues

Sources for information about specific Congress persons.

Thomas http://thomas.loc.gov/ To find out information about your Congress person select House Directory or Senate Directory.

Congress.org (http://www.congress.org/) Click on Elected officials. Under Member Name search, use the pull down tab under and/or and select your state.

Project Vote Smart http://www.vote-smart.org/index.htm Select Look up candidates and Elected Officials.

GovSpot http://govspot.com/state/ has information on State Government with links to the national representatives. Select your sate then scroll down to “Branches of Government – Legislature then select Congressional Delegation

Newsaic http://newsaic.com/issueindex.html Scroll down to “What’s this” and select Issues.

U.S. Supreme Court – information on court rulings and court cases. http://www.supremecourtus.gov/

Public Agenda http://www.publicagenda.org/ Select your issue group – scroll down and click on the link to “Framing the Debate”

National Center for Policy Analysis http://www.ncpa.org/ The NCPA site shows information about many current topics. The NCPA is a conservative organization (check the about link) but the site contains information on a wide range of topics and does make an effort to show both sides of the issues. The Both Sides link is a nice place to get two opposing viewpoints.

National Issues.com http://www.nationalissues.com/ This is another site with information on current issues. Many of the links under the topics link to periodical articles.
